Trash and Vaudeville has a really small plus size section. GoodGoth has plus size models, but not all of their pieces are modeled by them. Asos is also surprisingly good and I've found a lot of gothy things for a good price. I know they're not really goth, but Hot Topic has really, really wonderful representation on their site and it's actually made me support them. Angry, Young, and Poor has some plus size models as well.
